Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fix-ora Mobile Care, we strive to provide a convenient, transparent, and seamless doorstep repair experience. Please review our policy guidelines regarding service cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel or reschedule your doorstep mobile repair booking free of charge at any time before our technician departs for your location.
- On-Site Cancellation: If our technician has arrived at your designated doorstep but you decide to cancel the booking (or choose not to proceed with the repair after physical device diagnosis), a standard diagnostic/visiting fee of **₹199** will be charged.
2. Refund Policy
Since we perform repairs directly in front of you and accept payment only after you have physically tested and verified the repaired device (Pay After Repair), the scope of refund requests is strictly regulated:
- Post-Service Handover: Once the customer tests and confirms that the device is working perfectly and completes the payment, a direct cash or payment gateway refund is generally not provided.
- Warranty Service Claims: If a replaced screen or component develops a technical defect or touchscreen lag during our **6-month warranty period**, we will dispatch a technician to replace the component again completely free of charge.
- Unrepairable Defects: If a defect is found under the warranty period that our technicians cannot rectify after multiple attempts, a partial or full refund of the component charge will be evaluated and issued within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back via the customer's original online payment mode (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking) or bank transfer within **5 to 7 operational working days**.
