By accessing this website and booking a doorstep mobile repair service, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with the repair booking.

2. Doorstep Service Eligibility

Our doorstep mobile repair service is strictly limited to selected operational areas within **Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC)**, Maharashtra, India. The client must ensure that a responsible adult is present at the designated location during the scheduled service time slot.

3. Transparent Estimates & Booking

• All pricing quotes provided on our online lookup tools are estimates based on standard catalog parts.
• The final repair cost is confirmed on-site by the technician after physical diagnosis of the device.
• A diagnostic/visiting fee of ₹199 is applicable if the technician inspects the device at your location but you decide not to proceed with the repair.

4. Service Warranty & Terms

We provide a **6-Month Warranty** on standard mobile screen replacements and other major component repairs (such as battery or charging port replacements).

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects, touchscreen lag, and responsiveness issues.
• Warranty Exclusions: Physical screen cracks, liquid entry/water damage, accidental drops, or subsequent repairs performed by third-party technicians post our service will immediately void the warranty.

5. Customer Data Responsibility

While our technicians perform repairs in front of you with extreme care, it is highly recommended that you back up all files and data on your smartphone prior to the technician's arrival. Fix-ora is not liable for any sudden device software failures or unrelated hardware complications.

6. Changes to Terms

Fix-ora reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. Revised terms will automatically apply to all future doorstep service bookings.

7. Governing Law

Any disputes or legal claims arising from our mobile repair services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
