When you submit a doorstep mobile repair booking, our certified mobile hardware technician arrives physically at your designated home or office address. All diagnostic checks, component assembly, screen replacements, and testing are done right in front of you.

2. Operational Service Areas

Our doorstep service is currently active and fully operational in **Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC)** municipal limits, covering the following micro-locations:

• IT & Business Hubs: Hinjawadi, Wakad, Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Kothrud.
• East Pune: Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Hadapsar, Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park.
• PCMC Limits: Pimple Saudagar, Pimple Nilakh, Chinchwad, Akurdi, Sangvi.

3. Dispatch Times & Service SLA

• Response Time: Once a booking is confirmed on our platform, our logistics system assigns and dispatches a technician. The typical arrival time is within **30 to 45 minutes** depending on your location and traffic conditions.
• Repair Time SLA: Most screen replacements, battery swaps, camera repairs, and charging port fixes are completed physically in **20 to 30 minutes** on-site.
• Operating Hours: Our doorstep dispatch systems operate daily from **9:00 AM to 8:30 PM**. Bookings placed after 8:00 PM are automatically scheduled for early morning dispatch the following day.

4. Service Charges

The prices quoted on our catalog are inclusive of all doorstep visiting and labor charges. There are absolutely no hidden transport costs. However, if our technician visits your doorstep and performs a full diagnostic inspection, but you decide not to proceed with the actual component replacement, a minimal diagnostic visit fee of **₹199** is collected.
